Buyer/Seller Agreement

1.   The kitten is being sold as a pet and will be altered by the Seller prior to delivery to the Buyer.
2.   The kitten will not be de-clawed by the Buyer and will be kept as an indoor pet only.
3.   The Buyer will provide proper care for optimal growth and wellbeing of the kitten.
4.    If the kitten is found to be neglected, abused or mistreated, the Buyer will surrender said kitten to the Seller.
5.   Seller will provide to the Buyer all information pertaining to vaccination schedule, current diet, grooming tips, etc.
6.   Seller recommends that Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) vaccinations NOT be given.
7.   Seller guarantees the kitten for three (3) days against upper respiratory infection, or any parasitic infestation. Seller

      recommends Buyer take the kitten to his/her veterinarian for a checkup within the first 72 hours.
8.   Seller guarantees the kitten is free of FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and guarantees

      against HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) for three (3) years. The cat will be replaced with another kitten of equal or better value,

      if written proof is provided by the attending veterinarian, along with a necropsy report.
9.   A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required in order to hold the kitten until he/she is ready to go to his/her new home.
10. All shipping expenses must be paid in advance of shipment.
11. Seller will provide the Buyer with the kitten’s registration certificate within three (3) months of purchase.
12. Buyer will first notify the Seller if he/she is unable to keep the cat.
